ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the second respondent /1st accused vide order dated 08.09.2023 in Crl.OP.No.10628 of 2023.

2. The main ground for cancellation of anticipatory bail is that the second respondent/1st accused who had obtained anticipatory bail had not complied with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions submits that the second respondent/1st accused has complied with the conditions imposed by this Court; that the respondent police has filed a final report and now, the case is listed for hearing on 05.03.2025 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tambaram in C.C.No.1058 of 2024.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the second respondent/1st accused submits that the the second respondent/1st accused had complied with the conditions and further submits that he would appear before the trial Court regularly.

5. Considering the nature of allegations, this Court is of the view that the petitioner/defacto complainant has not made out any grounds for cancellation of bail.

6. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. 19-02-2025 Vv To
