[Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.] Earlier, this Court by order dated 28.11.2023 granted ordinary leave to the convict prisoner for 15 days from 05.12.2023 to 19.12.2023 and directed to list the writ petition for reporting compliance of the order on 20.12.2023.

2. Today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the convict prisoner has surrendered on 19.12.2023.

3. In view of the above submission, compliance of the order made in WP No.33272 of 2023 dated 28.11.2023 is hereby recorded.
