The petitioner in Crime No.11 of 2023, registered under Sections 43(A) r/w 66 and 66 (d) of IT Act, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.This is the second anticipatory bail application. The earlier application seeking anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P.No.24861 of 2023 had been dismissed on 08.11.2023. There is no change in circumstances, except the offer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is ready to deposit any amount.
