This application has been filed by the applicant to extend the time for sale of 4 flats earmarked to the applicant to a further period of 12 months by executing sale agreement/sale deeds in favour of the purchaser passed in the order dated 01.12.2023 passed in A.No.2748 of 2023 in T.O.S No.24 of 2021.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents have no objection in allowing this application.

3. In view of no objection made by the other side and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, this Court is inclined to grant further period of 6 months to complete the sale.

4. Accordingly, this application is allowed.
