Prayer: Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the order of the first Respondent dated 18.08.2004 made in IA No.283/2003 in CP No. 60/2001 on the file of the 1st respondent herein and to quash the same and to direct the first Respondent to decide the issue of jurisdiction and maintainability pertaining to CP 60/2001 on the file of the 1st respondent as preliminary issue.

The Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the order of the first Respondent dated 18.08.2004 made in IA No.283/2003 in CP No. 60/2001 and to quash the same and to direct the first Respondent to decide the issue of jurisdiction and maintainability pertaining to CP 60/2001 as preliminary issue.

2. There has been no representation for the Petitioner during the earlier hearings on 23.07.2018 and 26.07.2018, as well as today despite the matter being posted under the caption 'For Dismissal". Mr.V.Ajoy Khose, learned counsel for the Second to Twenty Sixth Respondents is present. Hence, the Writ petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
