ORDER
This Suo Motu Case is dealt with in an extraordinary manner by the Dedicated Bench, pursuant to Suo Motu.W.P.(Crl.) No.618 of 2025. 2.
This case is registered in Cr.No.119 of 2017 for alleged offence under Sections 279 & 304 (A) of Indian Penal Code. It is reported in this case that the defacto complainant has filed claim petition and received the compensation and thereafter, remains untraceable. The accused also remains untraceable.

In view thereof, even if summon is served and warrant is executed in any future date, due to passage of time, no meaningful trial is possible and as such, no useful purpose will be served in keeping the matter pending.

Accordingly, the case in CC.296 of 2022 of District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Denkanikottai Taluk, Krishnagiri is quashed and this Suo Motu Transfer Case is disposed of.
22.09.2025 veda electronically alone. The Trial Court shall take note of the order and accordingly classify the case pending before them as allowed / dismissed / disposed of, etc, and while doing so, consider any applications such as disposal of properties, etc., and pass appropriate orders, as may be necessary. Further, the Court below is directed to dispatch the copy of this order to all concerned.
