A.No.221 of 2023, 6659 of 2018 & in O.P.No.781 of 2018 SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY,J Pursuant to order dated 11.01.2023, the applicant / respondent has filed an affidavit of compliance dated 24.01.2022. In the affidavit, it is stated that the minor children have returned to Chennai on 20.01.2023. Learned counsel also placed for perusal the passport of the mother and minor children evidencing their return to Chennai. As such, nothing survives for consideration in A.No.221 of 2023 inasmuch as it has worked itself out.
