The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in Crime No.565 of 2023 for Women Missing.

2.It is the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner that a lady has sent a whatsapp message that she is in her parent's home. 3.But the investigating agency will have to find out where she went and what circumstance she went.

4.There could be a possibility of offences under the Indian Penal Code being alleged on the petitioner herein. 5.Taking into consideration the fact that the investigation could not even commence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
