Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned unnumbered Charge Memo dated 12.09.2024 issued by the 5th respondent, quash the same and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 4 to pass appropriate orders directing the 5th respondent to permit the petitioner to re-join service as Physical Education Teach and grant all service and monetary benefits along with backwages due to him from 30.11.2023. This writ petition has been filed questioning a Charge Memo dated 12.09.2024 issued by the fifth respondent. 2.It is contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner that subsequently, an enquiry was conducted and the fifth respondent passed an order dismissing the petitioner from service. Challenging that order, the petitioner has filed W.P. No. 9693 of 2025, which is now pending .

3.In view of the same, the examination of the issues raised in the present writ petition becomes otiose and the writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
