Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to appoint the petitioner on compassionate grounds in pursuance of petitioner's representation dated 24.10.2024.

ORDER
When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the 3rd respondent submitted that though the petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking to direct the 2nd respondent to appoint the petitioner on compassionate grounds, by considering her representation dated 24.10.2024, however, the said representation made by the petitioner has already been considered and the same has been rejected by the 3rd respondent, vide proceedings dated 15.09.2025 bearing Na.Ka.No.302/2023/A2. He also produced a copy of the said proceedings of the 3rd respondent before this Court today and the learned Additional Government Pleader further submitted that, a copy of the same has also been served on the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the petitioner.

2. In view of the above, this Court is of the view that, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition and accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file a writ petition challenging the said rejection order passed by the 3rd respondent on 15.09.2025. No costs.
