Prayer Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 31.10.2022 and to pass orders on her representation in accordance with law and consequently, to direct the respondents to cancel the patta issued in the name of Mr.Dhanasekaran and three others and to issue patta in the name of the petitioner for the land 1/6
comprised in S.No.1483/1A2B1 situated at No.46, Thaiyur Village, Thiruporur Taluk, Chengalpattu District.
For Petitioner : Mr.M.Ganesh For Respondents 1 to 3 : Mr.D.Ravichander Special Government Pleader (T) Order Heard Mr.M.Ganesh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader (T), who takes notice on behalf of respondents 1 to 3. As the main Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself, and considering the nature of relief that is to be granted herein, notice to respondent Nos.4 to 7 is dispensed with.

The prayer in this Writ Petition is for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 31.10.2022 and to pass orders in accordance with law and consequently, to direct the respondents to cancel the patta issued in the name of Mr.Dhanasekaran and three others and to issue patta in the name of the petitioner in respect of her property.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner made a representation dated 31.10.2022 to the first respondent requesting him to cancel the patta issued in the name of the respondents 4 to 7 and to issue patta in the name of the petitioner based on the sale deed dated 02.11.2012, pursuant to which, the petitioner received a summon dated 10.06.2024 requiring the petitioner to appear for enquiry in the office of the third respondent and accordingly, the petitioner attended the enquiry on 26.06.2024, however, no order has been passed on the petitioner's representation as on date, which necessitated the petitioner to approach this Court by way of present seeking for aforesaid relief.
4. The learned Special Government Pleader (T) for the respondents 1 to 3 fairly submitted that the representation made by the petitioner was already considered and an enquiry was also conducted, however, seeks four weeks time to pass orders on the petitioner's representation.
5. Considering the scope of limited prayer, sought for, in this Writ Petition and in view of the submission made by the learned Special 3/6
Government Pleader for respondents 1 to 3, this Court, without going into merits of the contention putforth by the petitioner, either in the Writ Petition or in the representation, is of the view, suffice it would be to direct the respondent concerned to pass orders on the petitioner's representation in a time bound manner.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of, with a direction to the respondent concerned to consider the representation made by the petitioner's dated 31.10.2022 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
