This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to amend the petitioner name as "Karthick @ Karthikeyan" instead of "Karthick" in the above Crl.O.P.No.23500 of 2025 by an order dated 25.08.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent police.

3. In view of the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered as prayed for. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in order dated 25.08.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.23500 of 2025 and issue a fresh order copy. Further, one week time is extended to the petitioner to comply the conditions imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.23500 of 2025 dated 25.08.2025 from the date on which, the order copy made ready.
