Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records on the file of the Respondent No.1 in Final Order No.65/2017 dated 29.09.2017 and quash the same in so far as it relates to the direction directing the petitioner to quantify and pay the late fee and consequentially direct the Respondent No.2 to pass appropriate order by accepting the quantification of late fee made by the petitioner vide his letter dated 12.10.2017.
