This Civil Revision Petition is filed to set aside the order passed in E.P.No.115 of 2016 in RCOP.No.26 of 2011, dated 02.11.2023 on the file of Principal District Munsif, Alandur.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that in E.P.No.115 of 2006 in R.C.O.P.No.26 of 2011 on the file of Principal District Munsif, Alandur, delivery has been effected on 24.11.2023 and to that effect, a report has been filed before the concerned Court and the concerned Court terminated the EP after recording delivery of possession.

3. Recording the submissions of the learned counsel for the respondent, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs. 03.01.2024 Index: Yes/No Internet: Yes/No msr
