C.M.P.No.1553 of 2023 in C.M.A.SR.No.146250 of 2022 N.MALA,J, This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 18 days in filing the above appeal against the order dated 02.08.2022 made in M.C.O.P.No.2030 of 2018, on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Principal Sub Court Cuddalore.

2. Though notice was served to the respondents, they have not appeared in person or through counsel before the Court.

3. I have gone through the affidavit in support of the petition and I am satisfied with the reasons stated therein, therefore, the delay of 18 days is condoned.

4. Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission.

Accordingly, this CMP is ordered.
