O R D E R

The petitioner herein was arrested on 09.06.2025 for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 87, 127(2) of BNS and Section 5(m) r/w 1/4

Section 6 of POCSO Act in Crime No.13 of 2025 on the file of the respondent, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner is a neighbouring resident of the victim girl. While she went to her grand mother's house during the holidays, this petitioner had sexually abused her, and that was reported by the child to her mother. The statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C of the victim girl also disclosed the sexual abuse caused by the petitioner. 3.This Court by order dated 22.08.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.23318 of 2025 dismissed the earlier bail petition filed by the petitioner on merits after considering various submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. Now, once again, the very same submissions had been reiterated before this Court. There is no change in circumstances. Hence, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
