] This petition is filed to condone the delay of 7 days in preferring the above appeal in C.M.A.SR.No.123290 of 2022.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.Varadha Kamaraj, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, who are the contesting respondents.

3.This petition is filed to condone the delay of only 7 days. Further, this Court is fully satisfied with the reasons for the delay, stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Therefore, the delay is condoned and this petition is ordered.
