Taking note of the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the fact that the Motor Vehicle Inspector had not inspected the vehicle and the vehicle is kept in the police station all these days, this Court is of the view that let the concerned Deputy Superintendent of Police conduct further investigation in this matter and file the final report expeditiously.
