This petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to file the final report in Crime No.416 of 2022 before the competent Court.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that already, the investigation is over and it is made ready for filing the same before the Court. The petitioner has registered a complaint in the year 2022 and till now, the respondent-Police has not filed the charge-sheet.

3. Hence, the respondent-Police is directed to file the charge-sheet within one month from today before the competent Court.
