The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to give police protection to the petitioner family and land comprised in Survey No.362 at T.Krishnapuram Village, Thirupattur Taluk, Thirupattur District based on the petitioner's complaint dated 13.09.2023, 03.10.2023 and 23.10.2023.

2. In view of the registration of complaint and counter complaint, the respondent police has referred the matter to the Executive Magistrate to initiate action against the parties under Section 107 of Cr.P.C.

3. In the light of the above, nothing survives for further consideration in this Criminal Original Petition. Accordingly, this petition stands dismissed.
