This application is filed by the applicant/Food Corporation of India to implead them as third respondent in the writ petition.

Heard Mr.Su.Srinivasan, learned counsel for the applicant;

Mr.M.Radhakrishnan, learned counsel for the first respondent; Mr.K.S.Jeyaganesan, learned SPC for the second respondent;

and Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader for the third respondent.

For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the application to implead the applicant as third respondent in the writ petition is allowed and disposed of.

The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the writ petition.
