Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 2nd respondent pertaining to the valuation notice dated 28.10.2024 in proceedings No.TN/MAS/54381/EO/Div 11 & 12/2024 and quash the same as illegal and subsequently direct the 2nd respondent herein to initiate action against the 4th respondent.

Though the Miscellaneous petition filed by the petitioner in WMP.No.8701 of 2025 seeking an order of interim injunction was listed today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the Petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the main Writ 2/4

Petition itself with a liberty to proceed against the 4th respondent in the manner known to law. An Endorsement to the said effect was also made by the learned counsel for the petitioner in the Petition today.

2. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the aforestated liberty. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous petitions are closed.
