This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 69 days in filing C.M.A.SR.No.128943 of 2022. 2.Notice has been served on the respondents 1 to 3 & 5. The respondents 1 to 3 are represented through counsel and the name of the 5th respondent has been printed in the cause list. Notice to 4th respondent is dispensed with since the interest of 4th respondent will be sufficiently taken care of by the learned counsel for the respondents 1 to 3. Respondents 1 to 4 have jointly filed the claim petition and therefore, a separate notice to 4th respondent is not required in this petition.
3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for respondents 1 to 3 and perused the records.
4.Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 69 days is condoned.
