ORDER
This writ petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to consider petitioner representation dated 28.08.2025.
2. Mr.Abishek Murthy, learned Government Advocate, takes notice on behalf of the respondents.
3. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioner had received an information that some unauthorized 2/6
individuals are misusing the society's name for their gain and hence, he was under the fear that the said individuals might take control of the society using fake documents. Under these circumstances, the petitioner had encountered issues in accessing the user account on the registered website. When he tried to log in to the website, he was intimated that the password was incorrect and also he was unable to reset the said password due to non-receipt of OTP to the registered mobile number. Therefore, the petitioner filed a representation dated 28.08.2025 before the 2nd respondent, requesting them to change the password of the user account in registered website (tnreginet.gov.in). However, the said representation was not considered by the 2nd respondent till date. Hence, this writ petition.
5. In reply, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would request this Court to pass appropriate orders directing the respondents to consider and dispose of the representation filed by the petitioner.

6. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents and also perused the materials available on record.
7. In the case on hand, the petitioner had encountered issues in accessing the user account on the registered website. He was unable to log in to the website since he was intimated that the "password was incorrect". Further, he was unable to reset the said password due to nonreceipt of OTP to the registered mobile number. Therefore, the petitioner filed a representation dated 28.08.2025 before the 2nd respondent, requesting them to change the password of the user account in registered website (tnreginet.gov.in). However, the said representation was not considered by the 2nd respondent till date.
8. In view of the above, this Court directs the respondents to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 28.08.2025 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

9. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
