Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to quash the impugned Refusal Check slip bearing No.RFL/ Ashok Nagar/ 234/ 2024 dated 08.11.2024 issued by the 3rd respondent and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to register the settlement deed executed by the petitioner in favour of his two sons i.e. 1)S.Sudharsan aged 22 years and 2)S.Madhanagopal aged about 1/4

20 years dated 08.11.2024 without insisting on production of original documents and permit the petitioner to represent the same within the stipulated time.

The Writ Petition is filed to quash the impugned Refusal Check bearing No.RFL/ Ashok Nagar/ 234/ 2024 dated 08.11.2024 and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to register the Settlement Deed dated 08.11.2024 in favour of the petitioner's sons without insisting on the original title deeds.

2. A Refusal Check Slip has been issued directing the petitioner to produce the original title deeds.

3. In the light of the Judgement passed by this Court in Ramayee 2/4

- Vs - The Sub Registrar and others - (2020 (6) CTC 697), the impugned order cannot be sustained.
