This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week at 10.30a.m., till filing charge sheet in Crl.O.P.No.22615 of 2023 dated 04.10.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police monthly once, on any working day at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
