The Criminal Original Petition has been filed for directing the respondent police not to harass the petitioners.

2. On the basis of the complaint given by the defacto complainant, CSR.No.1215 of 2023 dated 16.11.2023 was issued against the petitioners. Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the parties have arrived at a compromise and that they have settled their dispute. If it is so, the petitioners shall appear before the Investigating Officer and produce all the necessary documents for taking further course of action.

3. With this observation, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
