This petition is filed by the petitioners / appellants seeking to condone the delay of 136 days in filing the above Writ Appeal against the order dated 08.07.2022 made in W.P. No. 13430 of 2015.

2.Heard learned counsel appearing on either side. The learned counsel for the respondents stated no serious objection for ordering this petition.

3. Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned and this petition is accordingly, ordered.
