2. A perusal of the plaint included in the typed set would suggest first plaintiff was described as Secretary, Sengundar Mahajana Sangam, Attayampatty, Salem Taluk and District. Therefore, the ''word''

Secretary used in Paragraph No.4 cannot be substituted as Secretary/Trustee. Therefore, no clarification is required and this petition is dismissed.
