4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, initially, the petitioner had made an attempt to file an online application, requesting the respondents to furnish the town survey land Registrar number assigned to the subject property. However, due to some technical issues, the portal was not opened and hence, he was not in a position to upload the documents. Therefore, he made a physical representation dated 19.07.2025 for the very same request. However, the said representation was not considered by the respondent till date. Hence, this petition.
5. In reply, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent would submit that in this case, since the petitioner had failed to file an online application, the respondents are not in a position to consider the request made by the petitioner. Hence, he requests this Court to pass appropriate orders.

6. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents and also perused the materials available on record.
7. In the case on hand, the main grievance of the petitioner is that though a representation was filed on 09.07.2025 requesting the respondent to furnish the town survey land registrar number, the same was not at all furnished by the respondent till date.
8. According to the respondent, the petitioner is supposed to have filed an online application instead of the physical representation. However, on the other hand, it was submitted by the petitioner that when he made an attempt to file an online application, due to some technical error, the portal was not opened and hence, without any other option, he filed a representation before the respondent on 09.07.2025. 4/7
9. In view of the above, it appears that the petitioner made genuine attempt to file an online application, however, only due to some technical issues, he was unable to do so. Under these circumstances, the respondent is supposed to have considered the difficulties faced by the petitioner in uploading the application and furnished the town survey land registrar number based on the physical representation made by him. In such view of the matter, the reason provided by the respondent for non-consideration of petitioner's representation is unacceptable.
10. Therefore, this Court directs the respondents to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 09.07.2025 and furnish the town survey land registrar number of the subject land, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
11. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No cost.
