The writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to provide police protection to open the TASMAC Shop at No.6106, situated at Erikadu, 30 Pallipatti, Namakkal District. 2.

The petitioner seeks direction to the respondents to provide police protection to open the TASMAC Shop. Now, almost four years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now.
