This miscellaneous petition has been filed to modify the order dated 20.04.2023 passed in W.P.No.10580 of 2023.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that this Court, while disposing the said writ petition on 20.04.2023, issued a direction to the 2nd respondent, instead of 1st respondent who is the authority concerned and hence, he filed this miscellaneous petition seeking modification.

3. Acceding to the above submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, Registry is directed to issue fresh order copy replacing "1st respondent" in the place of "2nd respondent" in paragraph 4 of the order dated 20.04.2023 passed in W.P.No.10580 of 2023.
