ORDER

These applications have been filed to reopen the evidence of the petitioner / PW-1 and to recall the petitioner / PW-1 to adduce evidence and also to file additional documents in O.P.No.547 of 2024.

2. According to the applicant/petitioner, she filed the main original petition for grant of Succession Certificate. Already she examined herself as PW-1 and marked the documents. Due to oversight, the copy of the Death Certificate of the father has not been marked and now, the applicant has downloaded the Death Certificate from the Chennai Corporation website. Page No.1 of 3

Further, it had been stated that the voter card of the deceased / step mother of the petitioner is very necessary to establish that the petitioner's father is the husband of the deceased.

3.Considering the above said reasons and to give an opportunity to the applicant / petitioner to produce additional documents to put up her defence, all these applications are allowed. However, the additional documents are permitted to be marked subject to proof, relevancy and admissibility.
