This petition has been to substitute the name R.Sanjay in the place of J.Raman as proprietor of Nissan Plantations, Halakavai, Yedappalli Village, Sprinfield Post, Coonoor, The Nilgiris - 643 103, since J.Raman, the father of the proposed proprietor, had unfortunately expired during the pendency of the writ petition.
