This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner shall report before the trial Court on every Monday at 10.30a.m., until the completion of the trial apart from trial court hearings regularly without fail in Crl.O.P.No.3868 2023 dated 21.02.2023.

3. Considering the submission, this petition is dismissed and the petitioner is to continue the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the trial court on every Monday at 10.30a.m., apart from the court hearing dates till completion of the trial.
