This petition has been filed to extend the time for further two weeks time to execute the sureties passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.19493 of 2023 dated 31.08.2023.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the petitioner to surrender and execute sureties before the concerned Magistrate as imposed by this Court, on or before 22.12.2023 and no further time is granted, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
