PRAYER : Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records on the filed of he first respondent in proceedings No.13/RD/SRO/Rd/2017 dated 13.07.2017 and to quash the same as illegal, incompetent and without jurisdiction and further direct the second respondent to fix the market value of the land in Survey No.102/2. T.N.Palayam Village, Puducherry, Cadastre No.722, Patta No.160 to an extent of 10 acre 50 sandiars - 19 Kuzhi 10 Veesam Wetland and pass orders. .
