The petitioner in Crime No. 459 of 2022, registered under Sections 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) IPC, seeks anticipatory bail 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent.

3.The petitioner is the 1st accused. It is stated that the petitioner is A1 in C.C.No.66 of 2023, pending before the Judicial Magistrate, Valangaiman, Thiruvarur District. It is stated that the petitioner is shown as an absconding accused. In view of that particular fact, anticipatory bail would not lie. Petition stands dismissed.
