This petition had been filed by the petitioner herein seeking to implead K. Sokkammal as a proposed second respondent in the writ petition.

2. The writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of legal heirship certificate.

3. The petitioner and the proposed respondent claim to be wives of the deceased Kuppusamy.

There are also sisters.

4. In view of this admitted position, the impleading petition stands allowed.
