C O M M O N O R D E R This Writ Petition is being filed for a remand to the respondent to conduct the enquiry in R.P.Nos.191/2017 and R.P.No.192/2017 for the assessment year 2012-2013 pending on the file of the respondents.

2.Mr.V.Haribabu, the learned Additional Government Pleader (T), submits that the 1st respondent is ready to pass appropriate orders. Recording the same, the The Additional Commissioner (CT)(RP)/1st respondent is directed to pass a speaking order within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.In view of the above, these Writ Petitions are disposed. No costs.
