These two applications are presented by the plaintiffs seeking permission to exhibit additional documents. On instructions, learned counsel for the defendants states that he has no objection to these applications being allowed.

2. Learned counsel for the applicants states that the documents sought to be exhibited in A.No.742 of 2023 were previously filed along with the interlocutory applications. It is further stated that these documents are vital to establish the case of the plaintiffs. As regards A.No.743 of 2023, it is stated that the application relates to a deed of agreement dated 31.01.1985. Since the applicant requires the original for other purposes, this application is filed for permission to exhibit the photocopy upon comparing the same with the original.

3. Upon considering the above submissions, I am of the view that the applicants have established reasonable cause. Consequently, these applications are allowed as prayed for, subject to the objections of the respondents inter alia on grounds of relevance and proof.
