When it is pointed out by the Learned Special Government Pleader (Co-op) appearing for the Respondents that the Appeal in FASR No.110/2019 is pending before the Tamil Nadu State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission at Chennai-600 003 in respect of the same relief which has been sought in the Writ Petition, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to work out his remedies and he has also made an endorsement in this petition to that effect, which is recorded. 2.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the clarification that depending upon the outcome in the appeal in FASR.No.110 of 2019 before the Tamil Nadu State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission at Chennai - 600 003, it will open to the Petitioner to workout his remedy for necessary relief before the competent forum in the manner recognized by law. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed. No costs.
