ORDER
The Revision Petitioner herein is the respondent in the petition in H.M.O.P.No. 379 of 2022 on the file of Sub Court, Alandur, which was filed by the respondent wife for the relief of dissolution of marriage on the ground of cruelty.

2. Since the relief claimed by the Revision Petitioner only seeking a direction for a speedy disposal, the notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

The learned counsel for Revision Petitioner would submit that after mediation, the case was restored and in the aforesaid petition, he appeared and filed his counter, but so far there is no progress in the trial. Therefore, he wanted to direct the trial court to dispose the case as early as possible.
4. Records perused. On perusal of entire facts, it reveals that the respondent wife is living with a child and after mediation, the case was restored. The Revision Petitioner also filed his counter, but so far there is no progress in trial. Therefore, this Court is inclined to direct the trial judge to commence trial and dispose the case as expeditiously as possible within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
