nv COMMON ORDER Both the learned counsel accede to the position that the directions given under order of this Court dated 01.07.2024 in W.P. Nos. 14910 & 14913 of 2024 have been complied with.
Learned counsel for the petitioners expresses some apprehensions to the effect that the children have not been permitted to attend classes today, but these apprehensions are assuaged by Mrs. Mythreye Chandru, learned Special Government Pleader, who appears for the State, who assures this Court as well as the petitioners, that the children will be permitted to attend classes from 06.01.2025 onwards. Recording the submission of the learned Special Government Pleader, these contempt petitions are closed. 03.01.2025 nv 4\4
