The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the order of the Writ Court passed in W.P.No.34865 of 2023, dated 21.12.2023 has been complied with by the respondents.

2. Recording the said submission, the disobedience alleged against the respondents cannot be termed to be willful in nature. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
