The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 430, 379 IPC read with Section 21(1) of Mines and Minerals Development Regulation Act 1957 in Crime No.343 of 2023, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is not an accused in Crime No. 343 of 2023 registered by the respondent.
