ORDER

By consent of both the parties, this Writ Petition has been taken up for final hearing in the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner has challenged the impugned suspension order dated 07.10.2022 issued to him by the third respondent.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that in respect of an alleged incident which happened in the year 2013, the impugned suspension order has been issued to the petitioner. The petitioner also claims that the criminal case, which was earlier pending against the petitioner in respect of the incident in the year 2013, has also now been compromised and the petitioner has paid the amount to the de-facto complainant. 2/6

4. Being a suspension order, at the stage of admission, this Court cannot grant any stay of the same. However, learned counsel for the petitioner would now submit that the petitioner is willing to give a representation to the respondents, stating the aforementioned fact and seeking for revocation of the suspension order.

5. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner is permitted to give a representation seeking to revoke the impugned suspension order dated 07.10.2022 and on receipt of the same, a direction is issued to the third respondent to consider the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

6. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the petitioner to submit a representation to the third respondent, seeking for revocation of the impugned suspension order dated 07.10.2022, stating the aforementioned facts within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the said representation, the third respondent shall pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on the said representation, within a period of four weeks thereafter. 3/6

7. With the aforementioned directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs. Consequently, the connected Writ Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
