ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to complete the investigation in Crime No.66 of 2017 pending on the file of the respondent Police.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent has submitted that already most of the witnesses have been examined and only the medical officer has to be examined. He further submitted that the concern medical officer pursuing his further studies at All India Institute of Medical Science, Delhi. Hence, he requested to grant two months time for filing final report in Crime No.66 of 2017. 3.Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, two months time is granted for completion of the investigation in Crime No.66 of 2017 as finally.
