O R D E R

The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus directing the first respondent to consider and pass orders on the representation dated 22.05.2017, wherein and whereby, she sought for correcting the extent of the property in UDR patta granted in respect of land at S.F.No.52/12A.

2. This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the merits of the matter as it is for the first respondent to consider and decide. Though notice was served on the respondents 4 to 6, they have not chosen to appear before this Court. However, the first respondent shall consider the representation of the petitioner dated 22.05.2017 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law after hearing the petitioner as well as the respondents 4 to 6. Such exercise shall be done by the first respondent within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Accordingly, the Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
