The present petition has been filed to modify the condition in para No.7(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.27690 of 2024 in order dated 05.11.2024.

2. Almost regular compliance of the condition has been conceded by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side). He further submitted investigation is still pending.

3. In view of the same, the said condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner/s shall report before the respondent police daily at 10:30 a.m. for a period of two weeks, thereafter, everyday at 6:30 p.m., until further orders.

4. The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered accordingly.
